Nema standard PLC single Light controller
1. Product description
1.1 Introduction
The WE-MA-P10 intelligent single lamp controller (hereinafter referred to as the single
lamp controller) is developed using a high-performance single-chip hardware platform
and combined with power line carrier communication technology to realize street
lamp telemetry, remote signaling, and remote control functions.
The single-lamp controller is with functions of voltage/current acquisition,
PWM (0~10V) output, and street lamp switch control. Under the premise of ensuring
the correct connection, it can work normally without any setting operations.
1.2 Standard
• Extended communication protocol according to "DL/T 645-2007 Multi-function Electric Energy Meter Communication Protocol"
• "Master station unified platform information collection system communication protocol: master station and collection terminal communication protocol v1.0"
• "Smart Energy Meter and Collection Terminal Event Record Collection and Reporting Rules.pdf"
• "Event Reporting Process.pdf" in the Power User Electricity Information Collection System
2. Installation size
The external size of the single-lamp controller is 84mm×84 mm×106mm, which is
mounted on the street lamp head with Nema standard interface by rotation, as shown
in Figure 2-1.
Figure 2-1 Single lamp controller installation diagram
3. Terminal definition
The main body of the single lamp controller terminal is divided into two types, one is
the strong current terminal, the other is the weak current terminal, there are 7 pins
connected to the outside, the middle 3 pins are the strong current interface, one of
which is the N line and the others are the L Line in, L line out. The 4 pins on the side are
0~10V and PWM dimming output. The controller realizes the control function of the
street lights through the live wire of the control loop. To ensure the safety of the
operators, it is recommended not to install with electricity. The bottom view of the
controller is shown in 3-1.

4. Function description
The single lamp controller has functions such as voltage/current acquisition, PWM
/(0~10V) output, and street lamp switch control. The specific parameter configuration
is shown in Table 4-1.
