1. Overview

The WE-CON-P10 street lamp controller is a street lampcontroller (hereinafter referred to as a street lamp controller). It is developed with a high-performance single-chip hardware platform and a self-developed power line carrier integrated circuit. It is used to enhance the energy saving of street lamps.

The street lamp controller has functions such as voltage/current acquisition, PWM (0~10V) output, and control of street light switch. Under the premise of ensuring the correct connection, it can work normally without any setting operation.

3. Installation size

Street lampcontroller：The dimensions are 125 mm × 73 mm × 45.05 mm and are mounted on the pole by hooks as shown below.

4. Wiring Description

1. Power input wiring：Input L, N wire to 220V AC input，wire L（Brown wire）to Live Wire，wire N（Green wire）to Neutral wire.

2. Power output wiring：Output L、N wire to220VAC output，wire L（Brown wire）to Live Wire，wire N（Green wire）to Neutral wire.

3. PWM：Mark-（Transparent wire）connect the negative of the PWM control line of the street light，Mark +（White wire）connect the positive pole of the PWM control line of the street light.

4. 0~10V：Mark-（Black wire）connect the negative pole of the 0~10V control line of the street light，Mark+（Red wire）connect the positive pole of the 0~10V control line of the street light.

6. Packaging, transportation and storage

1. The package complies with GB/T13384-2008 "General Technical Conditions for Instrumentation Packaging".

2. During the transportation and unpacking process, direct rain and snow should be avoided to prevent severe impact and vibration.

3. The stock and storage should be stored on the bracket under the original packaging conditions, and the stacking height should not exceed 5 layers.

4. It should not be stored after the package is unpacked.

5. Storage conditions: The ambient temperature does not exceed -40 ° C ~ +75 ° C, the relative humidity does not exceed 95%, the place to be preserved should be clean, and the air does not contain harmful substances enough to cause corrosion.

• The street lamp controller must be installed in strict accordance with the relevant regulations and operating instructions of the power sector;

• The street lamp controller must be wired in strict accordance with the wiring instructions in this manual;

• It is forbidden for non-professionals to operate the street lamp controller;

• It is forbidden to carry out operations such as loading and unloading and moving the street lamp controller with power to avoid personal injury and equipment damage;

• Do not operate the street lamp controller with wet hands to avoid electric shock;

• It is forbidden to install the  street lamp controller when there is electricity on the line to avoid electric shock;

• Use screws to securely mount the street lamp controller on the pole to prevent it from  falling out.
